Sitting in meditation is a way to keep healthy in ancient China.You need to close your eyes,cross-leg to sit,put dowm your arms and think nothing. Buddhists do it everyday!
Now,if you love zentai,you can wear zentai to sit in meditation.You will get twofold of results with half the effort.Zentai can prevent you to be bothered by the outside world.You can focus your thoughts easily.
Maybe I will recommend zentai to Buddhists!
